At Cloré Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
